These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of thrum.design and any other Thrum-operated web properties that link to these terms (collectively, the "Site"), operated by Thrum LLC ("Thrum," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Use of the site

The Site is provided for informational purposes. You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the Site.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, design, and code — is owned by Thrum LLC or licensed to Thrum LLC, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission. Brief quotation with attribution for editorial or commentary purposes is permitted under fair use.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Thrum does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thrum LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Thrum has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
